Spicy-Pesto pan grilled mutton

Weekend's fast approaching. Time to clean out the fridge to make way for new groceries.

Had a little more lamb, so messed around a little, and came up with a new recipe.

I used some new ingredients today. Lamb was marinated with :
* Pesto Sauce
* Curry Powder
* Sriracha Sauce
* Oyster Sauce
* Dark Soya Sauce
* fresh ground black pepper

The cooking was straight forward. Heated up a pan on low heat, smeared a little oil to make sure it doesn't stick. Pan grill the lamb till it looked cook (flipping occasionally).

Served with braised Brussels Sprout, hash browns and sausages.

Was planning to eat it with bread, but the lamb tasted too good, so Mr. Bread got banished back into the cupboard.

Side note: It's almost friday, and Great White Shark is not here yet! Aaarrgggh!!
