Unhealthy yet Sinfully Delicious CurryDogs

As the saying goes, everything good in life is either illegal, immoral or bad for health.

This one is really really really bad for health. Stacked to the brim with oil/fat/cholestrol/....

(no time for the usual step-by-step entry. Mostly pix.)

Baked some rolls or mini-baguettes.

Melt some butter in it.

Cook some German Sausages.

Cooking tip: if you want an evenly cooked sausage (especially those curved ones which are pretty hard to handle), place the spatula flat on it, applying light pressure. Then every now and them move slowly forward, imagining that the spatula is the cart, and the sausages are the wheels.
Time this moving forward properly, and you have your sausages evenly browned. If you're impatient, can just roll back and front repeatedly. Making Vroom Vroom sounds is optional. Works fine as well, but takes longer to cook. Much more fun though.

Prepare the ketchup. Lace with generous amounts of The Shark.

Fill the roll with the sausage. I also have some fried bacon in there for the crunchy texture. Also adds more points to the unhealthy scale. Slather liberally with spiced ketchup.

More heart-attack inducing goodness. Mayonaise and cheese.

We're not done yet. Just halfway there.

Now, everything goes in the grill. The rolls are already well baked, but grilling gives the top part a nice crusty feel. It also melts the cheese, and, errr.. well.. does it's grilling magic.

Pretty decent meal at this point, but I'm not done yet.

Get some mince meat, chopped onions, and finely diced potatos.

.. some milk and curry powder.

Fry everything till cook, they throw in our curry mixture till it all thickens.

Top the hot dogs with those wonderful stuff.

The Extremely Unhealthy yet Sinfully Delicious CurryDogs. So good it's almost worth the heart attack. Almost...
